Zahour Saffron, A Presentation on Red Gold with Lin Ducker
Lin Ducker of @ZahourSaffron will give a presentation on saffron, otherwise known as red gold, the world’s most expensive spice. Whilst sipping some delicious saffron cocktails, you’ll be treated to Lin discussing the farm’s approach to permaculture and the varied benefits of saffron, from its healing and medicinal properties to its use in cuisine. Jnane Café Chef Driss Aloui will prepare canapés, some of them featuring saffron, to enjoy with the cocktail.
Tickets are limited to a maximum of 15 guests who have registered for the 26 October Harvest Festival Supper Club @ Jnane Tamsna.
